What We Do

For Nonprofit Organizations

PDI will audit current programs, provide counsel on the most efficient financial and administrative systems, offer human resources guidance, and, when needed, troubleshoot specific problems and issues.

For Philanthropic Organizations

The goal is to make one’s giving active rather than reactive.  To that end, PDI will recommend the best and most efficient pathways to targeted giving around issues, demographics and outputs.
